Next it was a sinus infection that left me breathless, I couldn't talk and it hurt like hell to move my eyes to look around the room. I couldn't tell you all the loops I had to go through with the five sinus infections that came right after that one. I was put on up to seven different medications throughout that time, two that included Darvocet and Tylenol Three with Codeine. Strong pain killers wouldn't even lessen the pain radiating in my face.
My fourth sinus infection had me bedridden due to a pipe leak that provided a nice moist living environment for mold in my closet. The mold was not discovered for nearly two weeks until the smell became so bad we thought a mouse must have died underneath the house and the stench from the dead corpse was rising through the floor. After all of the mold was gone, and the pipe was repaired I was able to be rid of my horrible infection one more time.
My fifth infection sent me to the doctor, where I was told to have my wisdom teeth checked out. I received a referral to visit a dentist one hour and thirty minutes away, to be told there was nothing wrong with my wisdom teeth and that that specific doctor would never touch them. From there I was sent back to the doctor, she gave me one more referral to see an ENT an hour away from home in the opposite direction of the dentist. While there the ENT specialist numbed my nose and shoved a metal rod up both nostrils just to tell me it all looked fine but those wisdom teeth needed to be looked at again.
So we drove to a closer dentist office where they told me my teeth were so badly impacted that I'd have to have surgery to have them removed as soon as possible. ASAP turned out to be a month later. I had the teeth removed, spent a week not being able to talk, recovered well. Not even three weeks after I started getting headaches that would last days on end, a month after that I had my sixth sinus infection.
For this one, we are getting my allergies tested, and after that will be another trip to the ENT. Most likely ending in surgery on my sinuses.
On top of a bladder infection I just got rid of, reaching the end of my antibiotics, subscribed clariton D, I was diagnosed with muscle spasms which hurt like hell and make it hard to breathe. For this they gave me flexiril and naprosen. I'm tired of medications, and always having these damn infections. Oh, and by the way I do still have my sinus infection. Which blows as well.

When he sits on the foot of my bed;
I'd not mind that he speaks
In gibbers and squeaks,
But for seventeen years he's been dead.
